So, what are you waiting for? Have the kids practice their number skills by counting out 100 Fruit Loops and making this necklace!
Craft items you will need:
- Fruit Loops
- String or wool
- Scotch tape
Have the children count out 20 Fruit Loops in 5 different colors.
Once done, help the children cut a piece of string about 18 inches long.
Using scotch tape, have the children tape one end of the string to a table. This will prevent the Fruit Loops from falling off the necklace.
Then, have the children start threading the 5 different colors of Fruit Loops.
Have the children repeat the pattern and process till they reach 100.
When complete, have the children practice their tying skills by tying a knot and then making a bow with the ends of their necklace.
